Bulk bag/Container bag

Soft pallet

Lightweight container tools made of flexible materials such as PP woven fabric, PE woven fabric, canvas, etc., are mainly used for short-distance handling of goods, warehouse containerization and transportation of light goods. It features lightweight, portability, foldability and space-saving.
It complies with the provisions of the Chinese JT/T 1238-2019 standard/the EU REACH regulation/the US ASTM D6259-19.
Precautions for use
Reserve safety margin: The actual weight of the goods should be ≤ 70%-80% of the nominal load capacity to avoid damage caused by sudden impact.
Uniform force distribution: The goods should be laid flat in the center of the soft pallet to avoid uneven loading. If the weight on one side exceeds 60% of the total weight, it is easy to cause overturning or tearing.

Main features

It is mainly used to replace traditional wooden, plastic or metal hard pallets and is suitable for the containerization, transportation and storage of bulk goods.

Application scope

Food industry: It is often used for the transportation of bulk foods such as grains and sugars to ensure that the goods do not get damp or deteriorate.

In the field of chemical engineering: For powdered or granular chemical raw materials, soft pallets can prevent leakage and ensure operational safety.

In the handling of building materials such as cement and sand, soft pallets demonstrate their powerful load-bearing capacity.

Other fields: It can be used for the containerization of bagged or boxed goods, such as the centralized hoisting or forklift handling of feed, plastic pellets, etc., as well as short-distance transportation and turnover scenarios such as internal workshop transfer in factories and short-term storage in warehouses. In export logistics, it can replace wooden pallets to avoid international quarantine requirements and reduce export compliance costs.
